City Manager Kevin Self said city residents may see city employees and contractors marking lines in the community, but not to be concerned. They will be marking water and wastewater lines in order to update the city’s mapping.
It was at a Thursday evening awards ceremony at Norman’s Embassy Suites that Pioneer Library System took home the freshly-minted top award of Library of the Year.
