Several Newcastle High School athletes sport their track medals won at the Purcell Track and Field meet. Several Newcastle athletes have won medals at both the Purcell and Pauls Valley track meets. They include: throwers Chad Craft and Payton Wolfe; hurdler and pole vaulter Katie Lewis; pole vaulter Ainslee Sanders; mid-distance runner Addyson Bush; long jumper Inigo Burguete; the girls 4x400 and 4x800 relay teams of Addyson Bush, Ashlyn Vasquez, Cadence Howard, Rylee Heskew, and Jaycen Lea; and the boys 4x400 and 4x800 teams of Burguete, Rhett Carter, Zach Cragg, Pueppke, Collin Seely, and Steven Whitmore.
