Cleaning Veterans Park after the Fest

The Newcastle Boy Scout Troop 231 cleaned up Veterans Park on Sunday, July 2 after the Red, White & Blue Fest activities the night before. This is the third year in a row the Scouts have volunteered. They were able to pick up seven bags of trash and they cleaned from the east side of the park all the way over past the field to the extra parking on the west side.
