Chickasaw Nation WIC Program Seeks Comments

The Chickasaw Nation is soliciting comments from individuals regarding the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC). Input is needed for development of the state plan of operation for the 2025 fiscal year. These comments must be received by Aug. 10, 2024.

Newcastle’s sales/use taxes surpass the $1 million mark; sales tax highest ever

Added together, the sales and use taxes for the month sent back to the City of Newcastle coffers from the Oklahoma Tax Commission was in excess of $1 million.
