The following persons have been charged by the State of Oklahoma with traffic or other violations or have filed other court actions in McClain County District Court between August 15-21, 2024.

A Newcastle Racer Pom Clinic will be from 4:15-5:30 p.m. in the Early Childhood Center Gymnasium on Wednesday, September 25 and Thursday, September 26. Students in grades pre-kindergarten through sixth grade are invited to participate. They’ll be performing at halftime of the Newcastle versus Duncan football game on Friday, September 27. Pre-registrants by September 13 are $50. This includes clinic snacks and water, a clinic T-shirt, pom-poms, and entry to the football game. Late registration is available, but will only include pom-poms, the clinic, snacks and water.

An annual independent audit of the City of Newcastle financial statements for fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, came back as very positive.
