Fireworks can be shot only July 2-5 in city limits

The discharge of fireworks is permitted in the city limits of the City of Newcastle only between the hours of 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on July 2, 3, and 5, and from 8 a.m. to midnight on July 4.
