The City of Newcastle and the Newcastle Police Department said farewell to Sergeant Chris Holden recently after 18 years of service with the NPD and an additional two years with another department. Spring commencement exercises at Northwestern Oklahoma State University are Saturday, May 4, at Ranger Field. A total of 183 candidates will receive bachelor’s degrees with 34 graduating with honors.
