24-foot sound walls, 24-7 sound monitoring proposed by Council

A report of false identity has been reported to the Newcastle Police Department about a couple who were in attendance at the City’s Easter Egg event on April 1 in Veterans Park taking photos of children and obtaining their names while saying they are with the Newcastle Pacer.

In a discussion about transportation by Newcastle Board of Education members during their Tuesday, April 11 meeting, board member Tiffany Elcyzyn said, “I don’t think our parents knew what type of predicament we were in with buses before the bond issue.”
