“Growing wheat is getting harder in a warming world,” was the headline of a story I came across the first week of June. Needless to say, with dismal wheat crops in both Oklahoma and Kansas thanks to the drought, this definitely caught my eye.

This will allow the state and tribes additional time to work out a good faith agreement that benefits all Oklahomans. The special session is now officially adjourned, and we can turn our full attention to interim studies and our other working groups and committees.
