FBC going through preliminary building requests

First Baptist Church, in preparing for construction of their new auditorium, was approved by the City Council for a couple of deviations from façade requirements. In making comments, Council member Tommy Clay noted that the Council had deviated before on a building across the street based on architecturally pleasing changes.
