Pioneer Library System Foundation has a fun fundraiser activity from 5-7 p.m. tonight (Thursday) at the Hillside Manor in Goldsby. They are planning the Royal Games.
A library foundation spokesperson said, “Join us for a garden party for children and their caregivers filled with fun, games, and hands-on learning.”
At the Royal Games, medieval attire is encouraged, according to the spokesperson. Several activities are planned including painting, garden games, a Royal Photoshoot, costumed characters, Pioneer’s Mobile Maker Lab, face painting, archery, jousting, story time, and refreshments.
The cost of the Royal Games is $10 per child. Space is limited. Tickets can be purchased at plsfdn.org, or by calling 405-801-4521.
Children attending must be accompanied by an adult, and admission is free for caregivers.
All proceeds benefit Pioneer Library System’s McClain County branches, one of which is located in Newcastle.
