A fundraiser golf tournament is being planned by three instructors at Newcastle High School to benefit the Business Professionals of America, Skills for Success, and entrepreneurship, Cybersecurity, and yearbook.

The “Swing for Success” golf tournament will be October 21 at Earlywine Golf Course in Oklahoma City.

Instructors Jeffrey Duncan, Kim Banfield, and Chance Scott said they are “incredibly excited about the potential of the event and sincerely hope you share our enthusiasm.”

They have been working to ensure the event is not just another fundraiser, but an experience that will be remembered by all involved.

“This Newcastle community golf tournament will be filled with fun, competition, and comraderie while championing an excellent cause,” the organizers said. “Your participation and contributions will directly impact our students by affording them enriched educational experiences, resources, and the opportunity to compete at state and national competitions.”

There is plenty of opportunity to participate in the tournament, including golfing, or being a sponsor or supporter. They said they are excited about the potential of the event.
