2023 Newcastle Racers football team

Football photos were taken during the recently held Racer Review. The team and 2023 season is previewed in a special issue being published along with this week’s issue of the Newcastle Pacer. We take a look at the coaches, the district, and Newcastle’s offense, defense and special teams. The issue also includes photos of the individual players who took photos on Racer Review day, cheer, pom, trainers, and a couple of feature photos of the band in action last year. The special section is made possible by the Newcastle area advertisers who also are featured in the publication. Newcastle opens its 2023 season against Weatherford tomorrow (Friday) night. Athletic Director Brent Hodges told the Pacer the start time for the game will be 7:30 p.m. instead of 7 p.m. because of expected hot temperature.
