McClain County topped the $400,000 mark in the latest collection of sales and use taxes.
Newcastle neared the $1 million mark with $934,598.43 returned — an incease of almost $126,000 from last year’s numbers.
Purcell topped $760,000 and Blanchard’s collections were boosted with a penny increase in their sales tax rate. Dibble and Lexington both showed increases over 2022 numbers.
Washington topped last year’s mark by just over $12,000 while Lexington took in an additional $4,150 over their 2022 number.
