Karen Clay-Clark was taken from us by the tornado in Cole, Oklahoma, on April 19, 2023, at the young age of 66.

A special thank you to all those who fought for her! You will always and forever be our heroes!

She was preceded in death by: her mother’s parents, Erma and Williard Orbin Bryant of Newcastle; her parents, Harold (Maurice) and Willa Clay of Newcastle; her youngest sister, Beverly Clay of Blanchard; Iva May (Janie) White of Newcastle; and one of her oldest friends and “sister from another mother,” Jacci Titsworth-Mooningham of Newcastle.

Leaving behind to mourn the absence of her warmth are: Baranda Clay of Dibble and her children, Destiny Henson, Cody Campbell, and Slaton Clay with his children, Sierra Clay and her spouse Justin Davis of Dibble, with their children Josef Davis, Isabella Clay, Tanner Davis and Elaina Clay; Johnny Clark and his wife Angel of Dibble with their children Tye Kier, Tegan Kier, and Alexandria Clark and Mea Clark of Tulsa; brother, Harold (Butch) Maurice Clay Jr. with his children and their families; closest cousin and best friends, Starr and Steve Moxley of Dibble and family; and the numerous Bryants, Files, and Clays as well as dear friends of Newcastle, Oklahoma City, Stillwater and parts of Texas; and many more loving family members and friends. To those who were not mentioned by name, there is no offense meant. Please know you were all loved by my mother.

Viewing will be from 12 noon to 8 p.m., on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Eisenhour Funeral Home in Blanchard, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard.
