It’s time for the Tony Gwinn Memorial Wood Bat Tournament starting today (Thursday) and going through Saturday at Newcastle High School’s baseball field.
An Indian Taco and Meat Pie fundraiser will be from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday during the tournament. Cost to enter the game is $5, but those wishing only to purchase an Indian Taco or Meat Pie can do so without paying the entry fee. Indian Tacos can be purchased for $9 and Meat Pies are $7. Drinks are sold separately.
