Jeremy Gilbertson
Jeremy Gilbertson was sworn in Tuesday, April 8 for a new term on the Newcastle Board of Education. Gilbertson was reelected to the office during an election April 1.
Newcastle Public Schools recognized the Newcastle Police Department as a Community Partner. They assigned three School Resource Officers during the school year, providing additional security for the community.
Braxton Cyrus was recognized by Newcastle Public Schools for being named Oklahoman Student of the Week. He, Connor Leader, and Taj Smith have all been nominated.
