April showers not only bring May flowers, but also the Newcastle Chamber of Commerce’s annual State of the City.
On April 22, the Chamber hosts guest speaker Mayor Karl Nail to provide his annual State of the City address. It will be from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Community Room at Newcastle Library. The public is invited.
