A: After identifying the negative attributes, I would work to extinguish those attributes safely and encourage positive attributes instead.

A: The new addition is a positive step to improving the infrastructure. There will need to be further expansion as the Newcastle school population grows.
Q: Are there physical areas of the school district you would improve?
A: We need to continually consider expansion and improvement as the school population grows in the Newcastle school district.
Q: How would your service impact the student outcomes at Newcastle Public Schools?
A: In a positive way with a combination of my experience and education, having attended school at Newcastle. Also, being a part of a suicide prevention team and being able to identify security issues. I have experience being a case manager and a classification officer.
