Congressman Tom Cole (OK-04) recently announced staff changes and promotions to his D.C. office staff.
Sabrina Parker, originally from Harrah, Oklahoma, will be starting a new position as Congressman Cole’s Deputy Chief of Staff. Prior to joining Cole’s office, Sabrina served as the Constituent Representative, Intern Coordinator, and Legislative Correspondent for late Oklahoma Senator Jim Inhofe. She then joined Congressman Cole’s team as an Executive Assistant in 2011 and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2018.
“I am proud to congratulate Sabrina on her well-deserved promotion. Having worked with her for over a decade, I know firsthand just how hard she works, and her success cannot be emphasized enough. I am confident that these characteristics will translate into her new leadership role,” said Congressman Cole.
“It has been an honor and a privilege to work for Congressman Cole for the last 13 years. As Deputy Chief, I look forward to continuing the work of Congressman Cole and the people of Oklahoma’s Fourth District,” said Parker.
Additionally, Congressman Cole is welcoming Jane “Chessie” Kay to his D.C. Office staff as Legislative Correspondent. Originally from Glen Ridge, New Jersey, Chessie started her career as an intern for Rep. Michael Guest (R-MS) and later joined a political consulting firm. Directly prior to joining Congressman Cole’s office, she managed business operations at a government affairs firm.
“I am delighted to welcome Chessie to my team. Her previous experiences on both Capitol Hill and in government consulting and affairs has prepared her to be a successful Legislative Correspondent,” Cole said.
Finally, Congressman Cole is welcoming another additional team member, Major Alayna Holt, who will serve as his Defense Fellow as part of the Department of Defense Legislative Fellow Program for 2025. Alayna is a Tennessee native, who commissioned through the University of Tennessee Air Force Reserve Officers Training Corps (AFROTC) program in May of 2013. She has a lengthy list of assignments, including her most recent as 71st Comptroller Squadron Commander at Vance Air Force Base in Enid.
