Plan on going to The Barn
Upcoming events planned by the Newcastle Chamber of Commerce include a change in the venue for the Racers for Excellence.
The location has changed to The Barn at Country Club. The Racers for Excellence Scholarship Auction, presented by Pioneer Co-op, is from 11:45-1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25. You can RSVP to [email protected].
A retirement party for Pioneer employee Kathy Johnson will be from 2-4 p.m., Friday, February 21 at the Newcastle business office. It is a come-and-go event to celebrate Johnson’s 20 years with Pioneer.
The Newcastle Chamber is also working on the Multi Chamber Partnership Luncheon that is held every July. This year’s event will be hosted by Newcastle. It will be at the Newcastle Christian Church, and is tentatively scheduled for July 8. The speaker will be author and speaker Greg Wheat.
