The City of Newcastle Parks and Recreation Department recently announced the 2023 season of the Newcastle Farmers and Artisans Market, to be held on Saturdays at Veterans Park, 705 N.W. 10th Street.
The Farmers Market will be from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. on the following Saturdays: May 6, 13, 20, 27, June 3, 10, 17, 24th, July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, August 5, 12, 19, 26, September 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30.
Parks and Recreation Director Kyle Marks said if you would like to be a vendor, please fill out the application by visiting the City’s website at cityofnewcastle.com and clicking on the Farmers Market event Marks said the City is also seeking vendors for this year’s Red, White, & Blue Fest.
Anyone who wants to be a vendor for crafts or kids’ activities should sign up now.
Marks said the Newcastle Red, White & Blue Fest 2023 is from 6-10 p.m. July 1 at Veterans Park.
He said registration closes May 29. Those interested can register for a booth by visiting the City’s webpage and clicking on the Red, White, & Blue Fest event then following the link.
