OEC lends helping hand at Christmas

Helping to spread a little Christmas cheer

After donating $1,500 in dog food to the Newcastle Animal Shelter, OEC and its employees took their desire to help animals even further.

Reportedly, they paid for two dogs that were going to be euthanized at the shelter to be kept at Ruby’s K-9 Corral until they can be found homes.

They also donated dog food to Ruby’s. River Stone Ranch Kennels also took in one of the dogs on the euthanasia list at the time.

OEC Foundation also gave funds to Frontline Family Solutions with grant money to provide for 31 families for Christmas.

They also helped with a last-minute family of four who would have had only one gift for each child which they obtained from the Salvation Army. OEC made Christmas special for the family.
