Vice Chairman Wilson Lyles called the meeting to order and led the flag salute. County Clerk Deputy Rebekah Couch called the roll and those present were: Vice Chairman Wilson Lyles, Member Terry Daniel and District One Foreman Charlie Smith represented Chairman Glen Murray who was absent.
