Newcastle Chamber of Commerce is already planning it’s annual State of the Schools Luncheon for September 26.
It will be from noon to 1 p.m. at the Newcastle Public Schools Administration Building, 101 N. Main Street.
Superintendent of Schools Dr. Cathy Walker is the event speaker. She’ll likely be speaking on the enormous of amount of bond issue work underway at the various Newcastle Public Schools’ campuses.
