A meeting of the Mc-Clain County Democrats will be at 6:30 p.m. August 20 at Libby’s Café in Goldsby.
McClain County Democrats said Rep. Jacob Rosecrants (D- HD46) of Norman, will be the speaker. His subject is on Community Schools.
McClain County Democrat Party chair Sherrie McNall said, “With all of the negatives coming from the Superintendent’s (State Superintendent of Public Instruction Ryan Walters) office, the Democrats would like to share their views on improving public schools through the adoption of community schools.”
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m.
