Newcastle Racer football has begun practices and continues towards a Thursday, August 29 opening game home kickoff at 7 p.m. against Bartlesville.
They continue this week with mini camps today (Thursday) and tomorrow with position meetings and drills. Team photos were taken Monday, and a scrimmage is planned against Carl Albert. The Newcastle Pacer football special section will be published as part of the August 29 issue.
