Newcastle added $9,000.61 to its city coffers from the sale of Medical Marijuana in the monthly revenue period ending June 30, 2024.
From those same June sales, the State of Oklahoma received $18,001.21 in sales taxes.
McClain County communities Purcell and Blanchard had similar sales with Purcell returning $3,881.01 to its city coffers, and Blanchard returning $3,636.72 to its treasury. Goldsby had $927.55 in taxes return to the Town.
