Larry Morman is now in his sixteenth year in education, but only his first at Newcastle Public Schools as an assistant principal at the middle school.
As an educator, Morman has served in various roles including teaching, coaching, athletic administration, and as an assistant principal.
Morman said, “I am so excited to be joining the Newcastle Public Schools family.
“I am eager to be part of a growing district in a tight-knit community.”
He said his passion for education is driven by his desire to give back to public education in the same way it played a crucial role in his own development.
He said he loves supporting staff, students, and the community as an assistant principal.
Outside of work, Morman said you can find him traveling the world and cheering on his beloved Nebraska Cornhuskers.
He lives with his wife, Alexandra, and their two dogs.
