July marks a new fiscal year for the City of Newcastle. Among housekeeping items by the City Council are those items being budgeted, including road work by the City, for the July 2024 through June 2025 year.
A report released to the Council by City Manager Kevin Self contained several road projects the City would like to complete. Self said while the projects are on the plan and on the budget, some most likely will not be completed on schedule. Self lists the following projects:
