Several Newcastle residents named to OU’s Spring 2024 Honor Rolls

The University of Oklahoma announced today the students named to its spring 2024 honor roll, a distinction given to those who achieve the highest academic standards.

The University of Oklahoma announced today the students named to its spring 2024 honor roll, a distinction given to those who achieve the highest academic standards.

A total of 9,686 students were named to the spring 2024 honor roll. Of these students, several are from Newcastle. Among honorees, 4,313 were named to the President’s Honor Roll for earning an “A” grade in all their courses.

S tudents who listed Newcastle as their permanent address and were honored include: Courtney Elizabeth Armstrong, President’s Honor Roll; Leslie Magaly Arriaga, President’s Honor Roll; Nicholas Alexander Beson, President’s Honor Roll; Benjamin Gage Bigelow, President’s Honor Roll; Brittany Marie Birdwell, President’s Honor Roll; Aidan D. Bryant, President’s Honor Roll; Abbigail Elouise Collins, Dean’s Honor Roll; Peyton Ferguson, President’s Honor Roll; Jenna Elizabeth Gilbertson, President’s Honor Roll; Cale Ray Greenroyd, President’s Honor Roll; Kaden W. Holt, President’s Honor Roll; Madison June Hurley, Dean’s Honor Roll; Raylee Faith Johnson, President’s Honor Roll; Patricia Kastens, President’s Honor Roll; Betsy Jackelin Medrano, Dean’s Honor Roll; Madelynn Danae Meeks, Dean’s Honor Roll; Ketner M. The honor roll recognizes undergraduate students in the academic programs based at OU’s Norman campus and at OU Health Sciences. In most colleges, full-time undergraduate students who completed 12 or more letter-graded hours with a grade-point average of 4.0 were named to the President’s Honor Roll. Students with a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher were included in the Dean’s Honor Roll.

Students in the Gallogly College of Engineering and the Mewbourne College of Earth and Energy are recognized with a 3.0 or higher who completed 12 or more lettergraded hours.
