Newcastle Middle School is thrilled to announce its inclusion in the prestigious 2024 Varsity Yearbook’s Portfolio, volume 29. This recognition showcases the dedication and talent of the NMS students and staff in producing outstanding yearbooks. The chosen yearbooks are characterized by their consistency in both verbal and visual elements, exemplary coverage, and top-notch photography. Portfolio represents the top 1% of books printed by Varsity Yearbook, reflecting the dedication and hard work of each school’s yearbook staff. The 2022 - 2023 yearbook was selected for the Cover section of Portfolio. Vickie Crossley teaches the yearbook class comprised of NMS 7th and 8th grade students. Anistyn Puckett, Katie Crain, Angelica Pham, and Charlie Miller were student editors for the 2022--23 book. Current yearbook editors also on the 23-24 staff are Haylen Ballard, Jojo Lindsey and Riplee Cruce.
