Because of the threat of severe weather, Newcastle Public Schools Physical Night has been moved from Monday this week to Monday, May 20.
Physical Night is for every student participating in sports or band, and who needs a physical for the 202425 school year.
The night is sponsored in a partnership between Norman Regional Health System and Ortho Central.
Cost of the physical is $10. All proceeds made from the event will go to the Newcastle Athletic Training Department to serve students during a time of injury, and for prevention and recovery.
