As graduation nears for Newcastle High School students, the seniors are preparing for their annual Senior Class Community Service Project and they are looking for ways to help their community.
Nikki Gayler, college career and counseling director, said the students are looking for projects to do on May 22, including washing windows, picking up trash, or light gardening.
“This is a time to allow our high school seniors to give back to a community that has poured into them,” she said.
To identify your business’ interest, the school has a flyer with a QR code which can be scanned with your phone and it will take you online to a form that can be filled out.
