This is it. It’s time for Newcastle’s Citywide Garage Sale today (Thursday) through Saturday with approximately 163 locations scattered throughout the area (listing of addresses on page 5).

Kyle Marks said there may be additional addresses which come in but they will be after the
deadlines.
Marks said, “We had about the same as last year, maybe a little more. It seems that the
“Every response I’ve gotten from people is positive. Normally, there is a $10 fee charged by the City for garage sales, but this fee is waived at this time of year for the Citywide sale.
“If it rains, most people will try to keep everything in their garages, and I’ve seen people sell from their garages in the past. They still had a pretty decent response out of that.
This is unfortunately a rainy part of the season, and we can’t control the weather.
