The University of Central Oklahoma recently announced the students named to the university’s fall honor rolls, a distinction given to those who achieve the highest academic standards. Among students were eight students from Newcastle.
On the President’s Honor Roll were: Alison Casey, Cassie Marie Miller, Karli Nail, Austin C. Thurman, and Carly Welch.
Dean’s Honor Roll students were: Randy Nix, Jr., Max P. Rinehart, Jr., and Samantha Lea Smith. To be eligible for the lists, students must complete at least 12 hours of on-campus class credit.
