Ace and Judy Dennis of Newcastle recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at Crossroad to Life Baptist Church in Blanchard.
Ace and the former Judy Bussell were married November 17, 1973, in Spring Creek Baptist Church near Gracemont.
Ace retired from Western Farmers Electric Cooperative in Anadarko and Mrs. Dennis retired from the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.
The couple have two sons, Ricky and his wife Regina along with their sons Cole and Caleb of Golden, Colorado, and Christopher and Courtney along with their children Aiden, Kelsie and Lillian of Pensacola, Florida.
Mr. Dennis is the son of the late Floyd and Minnie Dennis. Mrs. Dennis is the daughter of the late Troy and Rachel Bussell.
The couple are graduates of Anadarko High School and in Warrior fashion the colors were gold and purple. The couple’s children and grandchildren were the servers. Each guest received a scripture verse above their placemat and Hershey’s Kisses as a gift.
