Police Chief Gary Norman honored for 30 years service
The City of Newcastle honored Police Chief Gary Norman Monday night for his 30 years of service to the City of Newcastle and the Newcastle Police Department. Norman has served as Chief of Police for more than 18 years — since August 2005.
