It’s time from 4-7 p.m. Saturday for the City’s annual Haunt the Trail at Veterans Park.
Parks and Recreation Director Kyle Marks said area businesses and civic organizations have prepared surprises for the little ones attending, and there will be something for every child. Planned are booths with treats, tricks, games, and food.
“While our primary audience is the children of Newcastle, we encourage everyone to come, dress up, and revel in the joyous spirit,” Marks said. “This is our community’s time to shine, connecting over laughter, playful spooks, and memorable moments. Let’s ensure every child goes home with a bag full of treats and a heart full of memories.”
