Newcastle High School Band received superior ratings — straight 1s — at the Regional Marching Band contest at Cameron University in Lawton October 10.
They earned the right to compete at the State Marching Band Contest at Catoosa.
They performed a show titled “Pixels,” to an original composition by Randall Standridge, of Arkansas.
