• The cost is ONLY $65.00 from the time of acceptance thru October 31, 2024.
• All persons living in your immediate residence and listed as IMMEDIATE family members are covered.
• Newborns and newly adopted children are automatically covered.
• Family members residing in nursing homes or at a different address must have separate membership.
• Additions to your household membership must be confirmed in writing to the Membership office at P.O. Box 430, Blanchard, OK 73010 to be included in your membership.
• FIRST DOLLAR PROTECTION: No Insurance deductibles to meet your out-of-pocket expenses. Although you are responsible to assist the E.M.S. with the collection of any third party reimbursement to keep the membership cost low. NO ADDITIONAL EXPENSES are passed on to the member.
• Membership covers your household for all of the E.M.S.’s services as often as medically needed, for the term of the subscription WITHIN the service area.
• Your membership with the McClain/ Grady County E.M.S. guarantees financial peace of mind when it comes to service.
Funds derived from memberships allow the District to purchase and maintain the equipment to provide Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) care as well as pay the salaries of Paramedics.
• Purchase of Membership does not guarantee free transport to or from a hospital.
