The owners of a well established air conditioning, heating and plumbing company from Edmond has purchased a cooling, heating and plumbing company in Newcastle from Terry Holliday.
The local business which was started in 1984, HMS Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, will now have a slight name change and join Edmond Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing, a company owned by Roger, Karen and Chris Seaton.
The Edmond company was originally started in 1968 by Roger’s parents, Gary and Reta.
Roger Seaton said, “We are very excited to serve the Tri City and south metro areas with the same customer service experience that has allowed us to serve Edmond for more than 50 years and counting. The opportunity to continue the legacy Terry Holliday started almost 40 years ago was just too good to pass up.” Roger said officially the company name has been changed to HMS Cooling, Heating and Plumbing for business purposes, but the same quality and legacy that Terry started will not change.
The Seatons said they plan to grow the Newcastle team to provide expert service for heat and air systems, plumbing systems, water well service, water softener services, and filtration.
Roger said the new company will allow the business to serve customers from Blanchard to Guthrie.
