Food trucks will include: Some Like it Tot, offering gourmet tater tots with lots of different toppings; Carnival Eats & Treats with their corn dogs, Indian tacos, funnel cakes, nachos, and fried Oreo nachos; The To Go Box, offering a variety of sandwiches and wraps made from scratch; The Smokehouse Collective with their brisket sandwiches, pulled pork sandwiches, nachos, and Texas Twinkies; The Saucee Sicilian, which has wood-fired oven pizzas; Creek Bottom Burgers, offering grilled onion burgers and hand-cut French fries; Spin It LLC, with their snow cones, sodas, Gatorade, and water; Kona Ice Yukon, offering shaved ice; Oklahoma Kettle Corn with their “Sweet & Salty” Kettle Corn, and their fresh squeezed Lemonade Shake-ups; The Whoopie Wagon OKC, offering stuffed buns (homemade dough flattened and filled with savory filling), and Whoopie pies, which are two mounds of cake with delicious filling; and Travelin Tom’s Coffee, providing coffee, iced coffee, frappe, lemonade, and energy drink.
